Returns & Exchanges
At The Meera Studio, most of our products are handmade with care, which means we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Not liking the product after purchase
Returns/Exchanges Are Accepted Only If:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
⚠️ Important:
For any return/exchange request to be approved, you must provide a clear parcel opening video from the start of unboxing, without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify that the damage or defect occurred during transit and not after delivery.
Sale / Discounted Items:
Products bought during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
If your order qualifies, please send the product back to our office address mentioned on our website. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- A 10% cancellation charge of the total order amount will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded to you.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Is Tailoring / Customisation Possible?
Yes. Tailoring and customisation options may be available depending on the product. Please contact us for further details before placing your order.
When Will I Get the Money Back?
If your return request is approved based on the parcel opening video and product verification, your refund will be processed within 2 business working days after we receive the returned item.
Please provide complete and accurate account/payment details to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your refund.
How Do Messenger Services Work?
We ship orders through Tirupathi Couriers, DTDC, or India Post, depending on your location and service availability.
Do Duties and Taxes Have to Be Paid for Foreign Shipping?
Yes. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are determined by the laws of the destination country and are to be borne by the customer.
