Returns & Exchanges
At The Meera Studio, most of our products are handmade with care, which means we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

⚠️ Important:
For any return/exchange request to be approved, you must provide a clear parcel opening video (from the start of unboxing, without any cuts/edits). This helps us verify that the damage or defect occurred during transit and not after delivery.

Sale / Discounted Items: Products bought during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
If your order qualifies, please send the product back to our office address (mentioned on our website). Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

A 10% cancellation charge (of the total order amount) will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded to you.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Is tailoring / Customisation possible?
Yes.
When will I get the money back?
If your return request is approved (based on the parcel opening video + product verification), your refund will be processed within 2 business working days after we receive the item. Please provide full account/payment details to avoid delays.
How do messenger services work?
We ship via Tirupathi Couriers, DTDC, or India Post, depending on your location.
Do duties and taxes have to be paid for foreign shipping?
Yes. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are set by the laws of your country and are to be borne by the customer.
